TSE has a long history with
energy efficiency and conservation. In the early seventies, energy conservation
was the primary business of the firm. Over the years TSE has always
implemented energy efficiency to all our engineering endeavors. As we get
ready to celebrate our 35th anniversary, we re-pledge the oath to a greener
built environment.
What is LEEDTM?
LEEDTM is a third party certification program for the
design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
LEEDTM is point
based rating systems developed by the U.S. Green Building Council whose
mission statement is: The U.S. Green Building Council is the nation's
foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to
promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and
healthy places to live and work.
